When an appointment is changed last minute, that appointment could have gone to someone who was hoping to get in! ❤︎No-Shows If something unexpected happens and you can't make it, reach out when you can. No judgment or fees. I just ask that you keep me updated! ❤︎Running Late Just send me a message if you're running behind! Depending on how much time is left, we may need to adjust the date/time of your service so it doesn't interfere with other appointments.
